Lewis Burkhold
Peacefully at Amber Lea Place, Brantford. Lewis George Burkhold formerly of Burford in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late Shirley 1985 (nee Lesage); also pre-deceased by two sisters Orva (Taylor) and Hope (Collie). Loving father of Cathy Weaver (Rick) of Shannonville, Ontario; dear grampa to Angela (Deep River, Ontario) and Scott (Ottawa, Ontario).
Lewis will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews as well as many neighbours and close friends in Burford and the surrounding area.
Cremation has already taken place; therefore a Celebration of Life will take place at Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King Street, Burford, Ontario on Saturday November 12, 2016 from 2-4 pm. Interment Burford Pioneer Cemetery. As expression of Sympathy; donations in Lewis' memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Keith Ovington 519-449-1112. www.keithovington.ca
