Peacefully at the WHGH, Hagersville on Sunday December 18, 2022. Gil Proulx of Hagersville, in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Eleanor (2018). Father of Norm (Audrey), Neil, Tom (Bobbi) and David. Dear brother of Pauline (Luc) Benoit (Lise). Fondly remembered by his “bonus kids”; Cary O’Neill and Norm Bennett. Gil will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, family and friends.

A memorial visitation to celebrate Gil’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 164, 5 Alma St N, Hagersville on Saturday February 4, 2023 from 2-4 pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Gil’s memory may be made to Branch 164 Legion Poppy Fund.
