Obituary for Elijah Kevin Ashby
Peacefully in the arms of his Mom and surrounded by his loving Dad and Sister at McMaster Children’s Hospital on Saturday April 9, 2022. Elijah Ashby, of Brantford/Guelph, at the age of 16. Beloved son of Kevin & Sarah Ashby. Cherished brother of Soraya Ashby. Loving grandson of Norm & the late Christine Rodrigue and Bob & Brenda Ashby. Predeceased by his great-grandmother Edna Soutiere. Elijah will be fondly remembered and loved by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Elijah’s smile and dancing moves were infectious, always able to light up any room.
Friends will be received at the Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King Street, Burford on Saturday April 23, 2022 from 12-1:30 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Elijah’s Life at 1:30 p.m. As expressions of sympathy donations in Elijah’s memory may go to “About Face”, Scoliosis Ontario, or Autism Ontario.
