Obituary for Audrey Mihaichuk

On Thursday March 17, 2022, Audrey was surrounded by her loved ones as she peacefully departed from earth and started her journey to glory. Beloved wife of late John Mihaichuk for whom she was married to for 56 remarkable years. Her endless love for her family never went unnoticed by her daughters and lifelong friends Katherine Ritchie, and Karen Danby, sons-in-law Jim Ritchie, Brad Danby and grandchildren; Claudia, Ryan and Luca. Audrey’s heart overflowed with limitless love and joy reaching countless children whom called her Grandma Audrey.

Early on in life, Audrey knew what it meant to be determined and resilient both demonstrated through her boundless care for her friends and family as well as through her industrious careers farming, at Westinghouse, Hyde, Spring & Wire and TRW. In her retirement years she dedicated her time working for her son-in-law Jim at Ritchie Tools.

Audrey was an unwavering Christian and prayer warrior devoting her life to loving and serving God. She was a founding member of Outpost Ministries serving as an Elder and a mentor. People were drawn to Audrey by her kind soul. Her life was a life of never-ending love and blessings to all who met her as we remember the footprints of love and compassion, encouragements and inspiration, and the faith and joy she left behind.

The family would like to extend a special and heartfelt thanks for the kind and caring support from Sheila Van Engen, Winsom Graham, Pastors Lorraine, Mary, and Frank and the care teams from several agencies.
