Obituary for Armanda Herminia "Alda" da Costa
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Armanda of Princeton in her 88th year on Friday May 6, 2022. Beloved wife of Jacinto da Costa for 64 years. Loving mother of Anthony, Paul (Joanne), Danny (Ashley), Nelson (Mary Anne) and Helder (Julie). Loving Avó of Gregory (Alisha), Joshua (Maya), Adam, Danielle (Matt), Amanda, Andrea (Andrew), Alysha and Jack. Great-Avó of Paieton, Bentley and Lucas. Survived by her brothers Lionel and Joe da Costa. Predeceased by her son Jerry (2022), 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Armanda will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Friends will be received at the Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King Street, Burford on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Blessed Sacrament Church, 181 King Street, Burford on Wednesday May 11, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. A private family Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date.
