Obituary for Alexander "Alex" Keresturi

Passed away at St. Joesphs Life Care Centre, Brantford on Thursday February 29, 2024 in his 96th year. Predeceased by his loving wife of 64 years, Patricia (November 26, 2018). Loving Dad of Ava (Edward), Sherry (Randy), Alexis and David. Proud and cherished Papa of Andrew, Garrett, Alanah, Cody, Marlie, Avery and Kyle. Survived by siblings, Joe, Steve, Lewis, Rosie and Clara. Remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Alex's passion was farming many different cash crops in the surrounding Brant County area, including Elderberry's in his later years.

Alex was a life time leader within the Burford/Brant County community. His leadership resulted in a busy and very successful life with his wife Patricia. Many organizations in addition to the ones listed below have benefited from many years of support that Alex provided.

The family would like to thank the staff of St. Joesphs Life Care Centre and Telfer Place, Retirement Home Paris, for kindness and support. The family would like to thank Diane Wallace for her support of Alex and many years of home care in Burford as well.

Cremation has taken place. Alex will be interred at Burford Pioneer Cemetery, along side his beloved wife Patricia of 64 years. A private family service will be held at the Keith Ovington Funeral Home, Burford, Ontario.
