Obituary for Warren Harold Tryon
Warren, a long time resident of Burford passed away in his 76th year after a sudden and courageous battle with cancer on Monday March 19, 2018 at the Brantford General Hospital.
Warren was the beloved husband and best friend for 43 years to the late Norma Orlene (nee Dawes) (2016). Predeceased by his parents James Lawrence Tryon (1990) and Ruby Evelyn (Ellis) Tryon (2004) of Jerseyville and Brantford, Ontario. Cherished grandson of the late Harold Ellis. Fondly known as Poppy. Dear brother to Glenn James (Betty) Tryon, Nancy Rusyn and predeceased by Dennis Roy Tryon (1969). Cherished uncle to three nieces; Sherri (Tryon) Hughes, Kimberly (Tryon) Packer, Patti (Rusyn) Mitchell and one nephew Brian Rusyn. Great uncle to several nephews and one niece. A saddened loss for many friends in Burford including his dear friend Eric Vlasic.
Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King Street, Burford. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Warren’s memory may be made to the Cancer Research Society or a charity of your choice. Keith Ovington 519-449-1112 www.keithovington.ca
