At the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday January 6, 2018. Shirley (nee Beal), of Brantford, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Les Amy (2007). Loving mom of Rob & Kate, of Burford, and Suzanne & Bob Elliott, of Calgary, mother-in-law of Shirley Amy, of Brantford. Cherished grandma of Keegan, Colin & Michael Amy, Mark & Jennifer Elliott, Jayme Legat, and Shaun Rainey. Predeceased by her son Mark (2013). Shirley will be sadly missed by her many family and friends.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King Street Burford. As expressions of sympathy donations in Shirley’s memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Tim Hortons Children’s Foundation.
